Refund Policy

At Web Shield Solutions, delivering what our clients have paid for is our utmost priority. Absolutely, if you are not 100% satisfied with your transaction, we are ready and working hard for you.


– For refund requests, 30 days of the purchase are the latest.

– Items have to be in the condition they were in when you received them and the package must be in perfect condition with no signs of damage.

– Bring the package or your proof of purchase for us to refund you.


To make any refund, please email to us info@webshieldsolutions.com, giving your order number and reason for the refund or cancellation. Our customer support team will review the details of your request and then provide you with the next steps that you need to follow in order to process your reimbursement.


Refunds will be executed within 7-10 business days, once the refund request has been okayed. It is possible that it takes longer for the fund to clear as a result of the further processing needed by your institution.


Please note that not refund will be given for the products which have already used, damaged or not in their original packaging. Moreover, just like services that have been completed no refunds will be allowed.
